Can I bring my own drinks to the workshop ?

Absolutely! We’re all about good vibes, great cakes, and even better company. Feel free to bring along your favourite drink—whether it’s prosecco, kombucha or a fruity mocktail. We’re totally BYOB and non-alcoholic beverage friendly. Pour a drink, decorate your cake, and let the creativity flow.

Do you cater to dietary requirements ?

Please notify us of any intolerances or allergies when booking. However, we are unable to cater to specific dietary requirements. 

What is your late policy ?

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late after the workshop start time, unfortunately, you will not be able to attend the session.

 What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy ?

-All workshop purchases are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

-You are allowed a maximum of 2 reschedules within that time frame.

-For standard bookings: cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

-For private or group bookings of 4 or more people: cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

How do private bookings work ?

-Once a booking link has been sent, you’ll have 48 hours to place a 20% deposit to secure your private workshop date.

-If the deposit is not placed within this time, the date will be released back to the general public.

-The remaining balance is due one week before your workshop date and will be processed through ClassBento or directly through Neeks Treats.

-It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of all workshop terms and conditions.

Are there toilets at the workshop venue ?

Please note that some of our venues may not have toilet facilities available. We recommend planning accordingly before attending your session.
